Rural Entrepreneurship: Farm, Festival, Food or Fibre Optics?

Abstracts for papers from all with an interest in rural entrepreneurship!

We encourage contributions from academics and practitioners alike. Papers contributing to the growing debate around rural entrepreneurship and generating knowledge transfer ranging from the conceptual, descriptive to empirical papers, to those presenting best practise case studies are welcomed.

Paper topics may include (but this list not exhaustive):

  • Continuity and Change in the Rural; – Rural Entrepreneurship in different countries and contexts
  • Rural Entrepreneurship and Gender ; Creative Entrepreneurial Diversification
  • Micro-business focus to High growth opportunities; -Rural and Technological Entrepreneurship
  • Food Business and the Rural Economy; -The Effect of geography and Place on Rural Entrepreneurship
  • Illegal Rural Entrepreneurship and the effects of crime on Rural Entrepreneurship
  • Renewables and Enterprise ; The effect of Policy on Rural Entrepreneurship
