The University of Minnesota is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to study social aspects of sustainability in supply chains for novel crops, namely Kernza® Perennial Grain.

The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in developing and conducting innovative social science research; an established or emerging focus on agriculture, rural livelihoods, network theory, economic sociology, and/or supply chains; excellent collaboration and facilitation skills; and experience identifying and addressing barriers to diverse, equitable, and inclusive participation in agricultural or economic development processes.

The Postdoctoral Researcher will engage with a multi-scale, evolving collaborative network through a three-year funded project led by UMN and supported by The Land Institute.
